Exchange Policy

We will accept for goods exchange , item that are in new condition, unused, in its original packaging, free of damages by the customer, within 30days from the receipt of the original order.

All items purchased online must be returned to our headquarter: Weststar Taman Melawati at 9171 Jalan Negara (postage fee paid by customer)

For exchange within Klang Valley, you may ask for us to send a driver for the exchange with a fee of RM4.90
