I’m a Weststar member. Will I be entitled to member’s price when I shop online?
Yes, you wll be entitled to member's price when you shop online with us, provided that you filled in the member ID column with a valid member ID when you register your account.
If you did not initially provide it you can always update it in your 'account information' later. (please refer guide below)

Where can i find my member ID (number)?
Your member number is available on the lower left side of your membership card.
Lost card cannot be replaced, new application must be made

Do we have to pay to become a member?
Yes. You have options of signing up a year or 2 years membership and you may do so HERE

What is the benefit of Weststar Membership?
You get to enjoy 5% to 30% discount. These discounts varies depending on item. With no minimum purchase required.

I don't see what I'm looking for online but I've seen/purchased the item in store.
If the item you are looking to purchase is not available online, feel free to contact us via email or phone

How do i collect from my preferred store?
You will need to complete your order online and select to collect from your preferred store. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.

Can you deliver to Sabah / Sarawak?
Yes we can, delivery to East Malaysia is charged by weight. You may also use your own transporter if you have one, place your order and let us know when your transporter will pick up the parcel for you.
