this washer consist of a brush holder and strainer
brush holder at the top of the washer is a metal spring which you can secure your brushes in while they are drying or after they have been washed. simply pull apart the spring and insert your brush
to clean simply fill the washer with cleaning fluid of your choice and swirl your brush around the bottom of the washer, once brush is clean, empty the bottom tank. You then hang your brush to let dry.
